RETURN POLICY

In the event that your purchase arrives faulty, damaged or you would like to return the item please email info@henhouseinteriors.co.uk or call us on 01636 812855 & we can advise you on further action. We are happy to accept returns & offer a refund within 14 working days of receiving your item.

DELIVERY & HANDLING

Our delivery costs for standard delivery is £4.95 or next day delivery is £9.50 (orders placed before 1pm). If any items are out of stock at the time of order there will be no additional fee for posting them on at a later date.

For customers who are local to Southwell, there is also the option to collect your goods from the shop, to avoid any delivery costs. Your items will be pre-packaged and ready for collection.

DELIVERY

We aim to deliver you goods as soon as possible. Your order will normally be sent within 1-3 working days for standard delivery or 1 working day for next day delivery within the UK. Please allow 14 working days for international orders.

BACK ORDERS

If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order should you wish to do so.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not happy with your order, for any reason, simply return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. The goods must be in their original condition. Returns may either be made by post (at the buyers expense) or in person to our shop in Southwell. We regret that postage can only be refunded if the item is faulty. We advise that you obtain a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office which is free of charge.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You have the right to cancel your order at any time before you receive the products you have ordered. If these products have already been dispatched when you contact us, you will be advised to return them upon delivery at your own expense. We will the issue a refund back to the original form of payment
