RETURNS POLICY
If you are not happy with your order, for any reason or your item has arrived damaged or faulty, simply return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. The goods must be in their original condition. Returns may either be made by post/courier (at the buyers expense) or in person to our shop in Southwell. We regret that postage can only be refunded if the item is faulty. We advise that you obtain proof of postage from your chosen courier.
