Shipping policy

Our delivery costs vary. For furniture items we charge a flat £95, this is generally a two man courier service. For smaller items such as lighting, artwork & other smalls we charge a flat £15 for a standard delivery service. For customers who are local to Southwell, there is also the option to collect your goods from the shop, to avoid any delivery costs. Your items will be pre-packaged and ready for collection on your chosen date.

We aim to fulfil furniture deliveries within 7 working days & smaller items within 3-5 working days. Orders can be held for longer if the customers needs us too. We are happy to store items free of charge for a month from the date of purchase, any longer will incur storage charges. This service applies to the UK only.
